My role at Coventry Building Society Arena is to aid and support all departments across the business. I have worked with Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Retail, HR and Events. I create all sorts of different graphic and creative assets, some examples are: updating Brochures, and Resizing artist tour artwork, creating Merchandise, Prints, Posters and digital assets. Below I have broken up just a fraction of what I have worked on into categories.

Take That - Gift of Concert Campaign

This brief was to promote the sale of the gold hospitality tickets sold by the Coventry Building Society Arena. This campaign was live to the public from December 1st - December 24th 2025, in locations all around the west Midlands. 

I created this design on Illustrator, using Photoshop to create assets. I used my knowledge of graphic design, CBS Arena and Take That's Circus live to create this on brand, festive and informative design which directs viewers to the CBS Arena website to purchase Gold Hospitality Tickets. 

Sales Promotional Posters

These promotional posters were used digitally only, sent via email to previous and potential clients. I used Adobe Illustrator to create these designs and adhered to Coventry Building Society Arena Branding.

Merchandise

One project I have worked on is creating Merchandise for the Sales team. These items were given to C&E (Conference & Exhibition) clients, as well as to VIP guests at Live Events, to create a long lasting memory of their time at CBS Arena.
For this brief I needed to create to separate designs, one for C&E and one for Live, for each of the following products.

HR

I worked closely with the HR Team on creating internal incentives and how to promote these. Below are examples of some of the work I created. All of these assets are for print, including posters, certificates and reward cards. The only digital asset is the Seasons Greetings' poster which was sent digitally to all casual staff of the Arena.

I had created a poster which promotes and informs staff of a new award scheme in place for length of service. This poster informs staff of a new scheme that after 1, 5, 10 and 20 years of service, staff will receive a pin badge and certificate. I created each of the posters, using the design of the pin badges, the arena and branding to create a clean, slick, professional and visually interesting. 

Hospitality

I have worked on many projects with Hospitality, small and large. These are just some of my personal favourite briefs.

First thing is a set of printed photos, that needed to be signed by the CCFC Players in the photo. These images show a player wearing a football kit designed by different year groups from schools across Coventry. 

There is also a QR Code print poster I designed which was simple and used by guests of an event to order their drinks. The setting of this event was dimly lit so I wanted to ensure clear visibility and it is legible by all. 

Finally, I was asked to redesign a menu on PowerPoint. These are used on Matchdays by Hospitality and printed to inform individuals what food options are available. I wanted to make a sleek design, which adhered to CCFC branding. Thinking of the long term and to make things easier, I created a template slide in order for my colleagues to use and change/ update as they need.

Marketing

For the majority of my role involved working with Marketing and creating digitally aesthetic designs to inform and direct. I have created a range of LinkedIn slides, images, and animations to be posted across all socials. 

Part of Marketing is also updating the Brochures that are used by Sales. There is a Make An Impact Brochure which is used to showcase all the advertising options around the Arena that can be added to an event. This is also used by the Events Production team.

Click on the icon above to view the Make an Impact Brochure. I redesigned this to be very similar to the old one, however I reorganised this to ensure it was smooth and maximised user experience. For example, all the reference numbers were not in the correct order. I also ensured all measurements and information is correct.

The icon above shows the CBS Live Promoters Guide which I created completely from scratch. The Arena has not had a Promoters Guide since 2013, so I used the old brochure as a guide, and created my own brochure. Working with Events, Production, Marketing and Sales to ensure all information is correct, updated and this created a well informing, visually pleasing guide.
